Introduction:
1、Triple seal
Three separate heat-sealed rails prevent possible Penetration or tearing by sharp instruments.
2、Triple Heat Processed
Each of the three rails is heat-sealed three times and chilled back to room temperature. This process produces a seal that is consistent, strong and minimizes any shattering or tearing.
3、Secure Seal
Additional seal at chevron for added protection against instrument breaching.
4、Medical Grade Paper
Wet strrength treated, virgin medical grade paper that meets or exceeds medical pouch standards.
5、Blue Tinted Transparent Film
Allows viewing of the contents while providing easy identification of any compromise in the film casued by puncturing or tearing.
6、Wide Self-Seal Adhesive Strip
Wider sealing area of strip securely seals pouch and provides sterilization integrity of contents during stor-age (minimum of two years when properly sealed and processed). Eliminates need for tape or heat sealer.
7、Fold
Allows for accurate folding of ahdesive strip to form an airtight seal which maintains the integrity of the pouch during storage after sterilization.
8、Complete Film/Paper Separation
The high quality of metrials and manufacturing pro-cess assures a consistently clean separation (peeling) of the film from the paper, maintaining the sterile integrity of the contents.
9 Thumb Notch
Assures easy opening of pouch.
10、Corner Tack Seals
Our three tack seals on each corner prevent curling
and posssible separation after sterilization. In addition it prevents the collection of dust and other contaminants in the seal area.
11、Process Indicator Arrows
Each pouch has easy to read color changing process
indicator arrows to signal exposure to sterilization con- ditions. Compatible with steam, chemical vapor and EtO sterilization methods.
